My name is Johana, I am the person behind Mama Tortuga. I am a traditional herbalist, I had been studying different types of herbalism for the last 10 years and I am a believer in sustainable and regenerative practices, including all sides of permaculture. I am also a multicultural specialist, supporting business and organizations to support mindful changes that can support better and abundant futures.
I had been supporting families for ten years, through education, events and advocacy. We support conscious, multicultural and green generations!! Proud Latina Mom!
Me llamo Johana, y soy la persona detrás de Mama Tortuga. Soy una herbalista tradicional, creyente en practicas sostenibles y regenerativas, incluyendo todas las aristas de la permacultura. También soy una especialista multicultural, ayudando a negocios y organizaciones a apoyar cambios conscientes que puedan apoyar futuros abundantes y mucho mejores. Through gardening, grounding practices, and community support, this course guides you toward a more embodied and regulated way of living, rooted in the wisdom of Florida's natural landscape. The recordings are now available on Escuela Naturaleza, our private online platform, where you can learn at your own pace and continue to grow alongside a nurturing community. Whether you are new to gardening or deepening your plant relationship, this is your invitation to come home to yourself.
