Escuela Naturaleza presents
Rooted and Regulated

An Online Circle with Mama Tortuga
Nervous System Healing through Plants, Soil & Traditional Herbal Wisdom
Many of us feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted. According to many Indigenous traditions, the land and the plants offer a path back to balance.
In this 3-week online circle, we will explore practices that support nervous system healing through grounding, gardening, plant allies, and traditional herbal wisdom. You will also be joining Escuela Naturaleza, a private, safe space platform where we offer many other classes year-round.
This space is for anyone who wants to care for themselves, their families, and their communities through a relationship with the land.
We Will Explore:
๐ฟ Understanding the nervous system, plant allies, and connections with the land.
๐ฟ Grounding practices with soil and garden spaces
๐ฟ Herbal preparations for calm and resilience
๐ฟ Traditional wisdom for community healing
๐ฟ Questions and answers to help you in your own path.
โ
Rooted & Regulated is a live online circle for those who feel the call to slow down, reconnect with the land, and support their nervous system through regenerative gardening and traditional herbal wisdom.
In a climate as unique and demanding as Florida’s, we will explore how soil health mirrors nervous system stability, how biodiversity builds resilience, and how seasonal cycles teach us when to grow — and when to rest.
โ
This is not a fast gardening class.
This is not wellness productivity.
This is relational medicine.
Medicina que se cultiva con paciencia.
