*Box of Buñuelos flour/Caja de harina para buñuelos *vegetable oil to fry/aceite para freir *Shredded hard cheese (central american cheese) / Queso duro salado (estilo centroamericano) rayado * Shredded Mozarella cheese/queso mozarella rayado *1 egg/ 1 huevo *Milk or water/ Leche o agua

INGREDIENTES/INGREDIENTS
*Box of Buñuelos flour/Caja de harina para buñuelos
*vegetable oil to fry/aceite para freir
*Shredded hard cheese (central american cheese) / Queso duro salado (estilo centroamericano) rayado
* Shredded Mozarella cheese/queso mozarella rayado
*1 egg/ 1 huevo
*Milk or water/ Leche o agua
Combine the flour, the cheeses and the egg. Leave a little flour to the end. For one box of flour I use half cup of hard cheese and half cup of mozarella.
Combinar la harina, el huevo y los quesos. Dejar un poco de harina para despues. Yo uso mitad de taza de queso duro y mitad de taza de queso mozarella.
Add little by little the milk or water. DO NOT DO AT ONCE. This is tricky, if you over water, then the mix is going to be runny and you won't be able to make the balls. You can see in the picture the right consistency. Add the rest of the flour in this step.
Agregar la leche o el agua poco a poco. NO HACERLO APRESURADAMENTE. Este es un paso clave, si se agrega mucha agua queda aguada y no se pueden hacer las bolas. Mirar la foto para la consistencia. Agregar el resto de harina al final.
Start getting your oil hot. The temperature needs to be consistent and not too hot.
You can make your balls but do not make them too big!!
Empieza a calentar tu aceite. Debe ser una temperatura consistente y no muy caliente o si no se queman.
Hacer tu bolitas pero no muy grandes.
When the oil is hot enough start adding the balls. I make small batches to be sure they do fry well. Remember the oil can't be too hot or the inside won't cook!
Cuando el aceite este caliente, agrega las bolitas. Me gusta hacerlo en pequeñas tandas para estar segura de que se frien bien. Si el aceite esta muy caliente no se cocinan por dentro.
